Maria Andreadou
Maria Andreadou is a Musician.
She holds a Bachelor of Piano, a Diploma in Advanced Theory (Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue) and a Diploma in Teaching and Pedagogy from the Department of Primary Education of the University of Crete.
She has been a member of mixed choirs (soprano) and has participated in choir festivals, recordings and concerts with the choirs "Manolis Kalomiris" and "Athenian Choir Ensemble". At the same time she has attended the annual seminar on the Orff Method at the Moraitis School as well as other seminars on Music and Movement Education. In addition, enriching and expanding her knowledge, she has participated in various seminars (Choreographic workshop at the Michael Kakoyannis Foundation, "Animation Short Film Creation" with Spyros Siaca at ERT, "Cinema and Education" with the distinguished director Vassilis Loules).
Since 2014 he has been working as an amateur in the art of photography. She has participated in group exhibitions (cultural space of IANOS bookstore, Black Duck gallery, Hellenic Photographic Society) and in 2018 she had her first solo exhibition at the Acropolis Metro.
She has worked as an hourly music teacher in elementary schools, as a freelance collaborator in children's Creative Activity Departments and in kindergartens.
From 2010 until today she works as a teacher of Music and Movement Education at IIEK AKMI (Department of Nursery Assistants).
